I bought the vest to use in my freelance work when I do a lot of walking around and don't want to carry my bag. This is my first vest and so far I like the features. A couple of the pockets could stand to be a little larger to hold a flash, but it does fit. The vest is not very hot. I've worn it on 95 degree days and it wasn't bad.

Great vest for carrying items. I use it like a breif case when not carrying film and lenses.

The ONLY thing not as pictured is the clip on the upper left pocket has been replaced by a small black caribiner(sp?) Overall an awesome vest. Heavy, but soft and comfortable. Great for a photographer or even hikers who don't want to lug a backpack along on day hikes. This thing will hold a LOT of gear.

I used this for a month in Botswana Africa. It held everything I needed and made taking photos and video much easier than the last time I went for a month. Held what I needed, filters, camera, batteries, microphones, transmmitter and other accessories. I could take it off when in a car and quickly put it one with all I needed as I left the car for photos or interviews.
