Great! My camera + lens combo are too heavy for extended carry via stock Canon neck strap. Chaffing and weight became downright painful after 3+ hours! BlackRapid Sport is well padded, comfortable, and well designed. Perfectly rests equipment's weight on shoulder instead of neck and keeps camera out of the way. ConnectR-2 carabiner's locking mechanism is ultra-secure! Beware not to attach carabiner directly to Manfrotto tripod plate, as plate's stock D-ring is too weak to suspend camera's weight reliably; you must buy the robust FastenR-T1. Only drawbacks are: (1) pricey, (2) a lot of strap to store in camera bag, (3) FastenR-T1 D-ring flops side-to-side when attaching carabiner to it so it's hard to connect with one hand, and (4) once the Connect-R2 carabiner is disconnected (required in order to mount camera to tripod) there's no "tether" (which neck strap serves as) to ensure you don't drop camera. Drawbacks 3 & 4 make me really nervous. Overall an awesome strap!

I don't like camera straps hanging around my neck, I could never find one that didn't make me feel like I was being hung. This strap is comfortable. It gets the weight off your neck and distributes it along your shoulder and the top of your back. The design allows you to position the camera quickly out of the way and securely if you want to walk or hike. It also works great if you have one camera on a monopod and need a second body at your hip ready to be pulled up shoot and then back to your side.
There is a slide mechanism that locks your camera in position so it does not slide around when you are on the move. When you are ready to shoot, slide the lock mechanism up and you pull the camera up for the shot. There is a lot of strap to deal with when not wearing the camera.
