My Canon G12 fits well in the compartment. I am also able to stash a 270ex flash unit in one of the side pockets. A memory card along with the handstrap fits in the other pocket. Perhaps room for another memory card and an extra battery, but definitely not a charger or any other cords etc.
Just a great compact system. Unique ability to pull camera out, slide it into shooting position and then let go without camera dropping on the ground. Security good as the camera is attached to carrying strap. Just comes in black.
