The best bit of this system is the swivel. Well made and very functional. The way the camera hangs and runs on the strap is great.
The shoulder pad is comfortable and the suspension does work, but it seems like overkill.
My new walk-about set up is now D700 with 70-200. Strap attaches to the foot of the lens. I keep 24mm and 50mm primes in my pocket, when I need to use one, the 70-200 just hangs from the strap.
I've also used it with a small back-pack. I was able to have the camera sit below the bag.
As the swivel is available separately, you might want to save $40 and fit it to an old bag strap.

Using it for a week in Italy, but it takes getting used to before you get so it's second nature. It feels so radically different. After awhile I stopped thinking about it and let it hang.

Walking around with a D3 and a telephoto lens all day and still feels great.
