Being in NYC, I see lots of tourist/photographer with strap screaming "NIKON", which may or may not attract attention from bad guys. This one is for practical (comfortable for your neck, sticky side prevents slipping from you shoulder) with no name on it. Must-have items for serious amateurs. Or course, for pros, too.

Best strap with sticky surface one side and enough padding. I hate the OEM strap screaming "Nikon, please snatch me!".

Gotta have a strap, this one is flexible at the camera attachment, stretches and doesn't scream "EXPENSIVE CAMERA", it's just plain and works. Don't know yet about longevity, but it seems durable.

This is the best strap I have ever used. The quick connects are great, the little silicone knobs on the inside keep it from slipping around and best of all it's made in the USA. I recommend the pro-loop connection because of the flexibility when you lay the camera down. Extremely pleased with this purchase.

Used these straps on my 3 cameras, very comfy and supportive. Basic black strap doesn't advertise the camera to the thieves or attract unwanted attention.

I use this product frequently to support a Canon 40d with up to 300mm lens. I find it comfortable and far superior to the "billboard" canon oem strap.
I highly recommend it. The only thing I would suggest is a little more adjustment available for length.
