I usually use the Op/Tech SLR Wrist Strap. When I'm using a shoe mount flash, heavy lens, or don't need to be subtle, a neck strap is a nice option. This version of the Classic Strap uses the same Uni Loop connectors as the wrist strap, so switching between wrist and neck straps is easy as can be.
