This strap is not only comfortable and strong, it has a bungee cord that provides elasticity when walking or hiking. This provides extra comfort for an all-day shoot. I carry more equipment than anybody should and before getting this strap, my old one slipped, dug into my shoulder and generally made carrying my equipment torture. I have tried a zillion straps before this an NONE of them provide all of the features I was looking for. All of that has changed. The hardware (adjustment buckles, clips, etc. are steel and not cheap plastic, so I feel my equipment is more secure. I cannot recommend this strap highly enough. It is the BEST.
