Great concept, but just doesn't quite work for me, for two reasons:
1. It's hard to fit a "regular" size DSLR (D200/D300, so neither small like the D40 nor huge like the D3) and also cram in the neckstrap, so that's why I rated access as a con
2. The carrying strap is made entirely of neoprene (which stretches), so all the weight gets concentrated at the very point of your shoulder, as opposed to distributed somewhat.
Overall, well made and well thought out (i.e., pockets for cards, etc.), just didn't work for me.
