I throw this well padded bag in the back seat of the truck for easy access. It's easy to get into and out of. There are two pockets, one inside, one outside - both well configured - the outside one has two compartments. It is a bit wider than I need, but I'm sure I'll find that space very useful for traveling. If I was flying, I'd pack it well around the tripod if it was checked through instead of carried on. Everything is well made and should last for years.

This is a well-made tripod case, from the zippers to the straps located inside the case to secure the tripod to the bag. This case is able to carry the Gitzo 3540XLS with geared center column and Manfrotto 322RC2 attached. The tripod head rests in the bent position when attached and resting in the bad. The pocket on the side might be just big enough for the head, but I've not yet tried. This bag is much better/more than I was expecting for this price point. I would much rather purchase this than waste my money on the gitzo case that should be included with the tripod.

I wanted a high quality, padded bag to carry my essential light stands and related gear. This bag serves that purpose well. I have used it to store 4 light stands, clamps, cords and related equipment (med bag). It is secure and well made. I highly recommend
