Ideally, would love to have more / deeper / better pockets on the inside of the bag. Also, more useful (larger) pockets on the outside - while there are two, they seem to be of limited use due to size. Would have been great to have a pocket to contain a pocket folder / sales lit. Finally, the perfect case would have had adjustable straps - but configured, it is not a problem.
