I have always been a Lowepro fan but a brand change was needed for the "carry on size" and the computer sleeve. On the whole I love it. I have two cons tho.

1)I feel the handle is a little sloppy and if you lean vertically on it lightly The top section starts to slide into the lower section. Gives me a feel of potential breakage.

2)I can't help but think that the wheels and feet area could be better designed to provide a little more space in the bag. It would only be a small amount of room but..I bought the bag as I fly a lot in and out of the UK which whose airports have become very particular about the size of carry on luggage. On my last trip only one carry on article was allowed. I would be very nervous of trying to take a second camera bag in the cabin as I would not want it taken off me and put in the hold.
