Good value with the $20 rebate. I was using Elements 2.0 and upgraded to 8.0 - it's like going from Picassa to Photoshop. It's taking me a while to learn what all the features can do - but wow - is it powerful. You can even do HDR.

Not as intuitive as they claim for beginners if you would like to go beyond the guided or quick fixes. Though when compared to Photoshop "Pro" versions, the basic editing functions are easy to learn. I bought a few books which have helped me get more out of editing functions. I feel that Picasa 3 is a better organizer.
