This product is useful if you don't need varying degrees of background blur. And I've noticed that it doesn't notice a feathered selection in Photoshop; it uses only a hard border. So this really can limit the use of the product. Since my particular computer is not connected to the internet, I had to call them for an unlock code. After several calls, they still didn't call me back. I finally left a voice mail on the CEO's line and asked for a call back. Within about 20 minutes, someone called me back with an unlock code. I rate this product a 5 out of 10; customer service is a 1 out of 10. Given its seemingly limited usefulness and lackluster customer service, [$] is a steep price to pay for this. I would only recommend this if you recognize its limited usefulness and can find it for no more than about $75.
