After THREE returns to ASUS factory repair, my brand new N53JQ still would not print from the USB ports and no one could fix it. I've spent days on the tech support line and still can't get a committment for a replacement. STAY AWAY. LOUSY CUSTOMER SERVICE - but the tech folks did take a course in phone courtesy...
