This is a great printer/scanner/copier machine. I have not yet used the fax mode, but everything else works very well. We bought this in Dec 2010 and have been using it several days a week for the last month. I am pleased with the printing options (i.e. paper saver) and the ability to save scanned documents as PDFs. In the cons, I checked that it is noisy. It's not overbearing, but a little on the loud side when turning it on and during some uses. However, it's not a major concern. So far, so good!
