The buttons don't work 1/2 the time and it states it comes with a case. So, I figured the nice case that is pictured would come with product to help protect it but it came with a cheap pouch that won't protect it at all.
Don't judge a the product by the picture

Looked like very attractive gifts from the picture displayed in the ad, but you do not get the wallet, just receive a cheap little bag to carry the photo frame. Very disappointing.
