I bought the HP 310a from [...] (returning tomorrow). The first time I tried to print photos with this printer it gave me an error message regarding the print tray. I looked online, and found that I wasn't the only one with this problem.I called HP Tech support, and they had no solution. They told me I could return it, and swap it out for another one, and that might fix the problem. Or, they would trouble-shoot more, and said something to the effect of, we can't guarantee this will fix the problem. I'm returning it tomorrow.

I love the compact and sleek design. Above all, the unit is wireless allowing me to place the printer anywhere. Very easy to setup and excellent print quality.

after returning the first one that did not work spent three and half hours on phone with hp that hardly can speak english said they would have to send me one by mail. so now I am waiting for my third. IT would do something different every time from not printing to smearing the page.spent a hundrend dollars in ink to get three pages I could read .

Used on a daily basis while networked with our MiFi. Works seamlessly even though I am less than an expert. [...] was simple to set up. This is a vendor that I will use again!
