I use this printer in a farming operation and I have had this printer for 7 months and it uses way to much ink and the ink is high to buy. Have tried to print envelopes and all it does is tell me the paper is mismatch. This printer had no information with it so you don't know how to change the papersize. My next printer will not be a HP

took tech support 4 hours to get the hardware installed and working - I have XP. You have to print your own user manual which is 166 pages long. I would not recommend this for quick & easy set up! I was ready to return the product.
