I had purchased a different brand of card reader from another camera store, which cost twice as much as this one, and did not work, so I had to take it back. I ordered this one, based on the combo of the cheap price and positive reviews.

It works great, interfaces with my Mac flawlessly, and best of all, doesn't feel like it's going to snap my SD card in half trying to get it in like my previous purchase did.

The included cord turned out to be very needed, as the location of my USB ports wont allow the device to plug straight in - it's too bulky and there's not enough room. So I was very glad that the little cord was included.

Great buy.

I use this product to transfer HD video files from SDHC cards to my computer rather than using my GoProHD camera. It works great, makes for fast transfers, comes with a handy umbilical connection. Very good product for a great price.
