I'm not an idiot, I use flash drives and external hd and card readers all the time. This product, however, confounds me. The SD card just pops out, there is nothing seemingly keeping it in. I have looked all over the entire internet for help and the Lacie website is a joke. Don't buy this unless you want to tear your hair out.
