I had planned to use this for non-essential medical information to carry in my wallet. But not only was it hard to know which was to insert the little USB flash drive, when it did go in, it had to be wiggled to make contact. I tried it in several USB slots then gave up.[...]The paper on the little pad curled the first time out and was hard to re-insert. The pen worked but was very hard to grip. That's understandable and expected. But it did add to the total negative experience.
