This is the worse product I have ever bought...ever. I have owned it for less than 3 months and it has gotten stuck or completely refused to worked so many times I have actually lost count.[...] It is useless and a complete waste of your money.[...] Useless..I can't offer any suggestions on what to purchase instead but I hope this is helpful to some one else and that I could keep some one else from losing important images and many many hours of frustration...don't deal with this company or put your precious pictures in jeopardy!
