Comments about MemoryKick Memory Kick 60 GB MediaCenter HDD Portable Multimedia Photo Viewer & Manager with USB 2.0 Interface - Lime:
I used the Memorykick to transfer photos from camera and ensure that I had ample space to take more pictures. When I first got the Memorykick it worked good with few problems. Then once after putting pictures on the device, it locked and I could not access the pictures. I E-mailed Technical Support and was able to gt a response. After they could not help me to resolve the matter they gave me a web site that would give me information on how and where to send it in for service. The web site has a telephone number and an E-mail address. But so far I have not received any response to E-mails that I sent and I can't reach them by telephone. I have a lot of photos on the device that I don't want to lose and I really don't feel comfortable sending it to them if I can't contact them to find out when I can expect a reply or when the device can be sent back to me. The concept is good and the technical support that you get through E-mail is not bad. Contacting the place to send it in for servicing is another matter. If I am ever able to get my photos off of the device I think I will put it up and never use it again.
