Pros:

Materials do not protect computer as I expected. Compared to Swiss Army backpacks, where I always transported my cherished lap top, I feel this is a step backwards even though TSA friendly. Simple at the airport, but the bag performs poorly concerning protection. A better made pack will kill this pack.
