I use the bag to store most of my Camera Gear, including a 40D with vertical grip attached, 70-200mm 2.8, 17-55 2.8, 24-105, 100mm macro, lens extenders, Three 580 ex II flashes, 3 pocket wizards, and lots of accessories, filters, etc. This fills up the main body, I could actually add a little more.

I haven't yet stored anything in the removable laptop holder on the front.

I am tall, and particularly like the multi-stage handle. It can pull way out for tall folks, or go down a notch for normal people.

I also have three Lowe Pro Cases, which will now see less use, however one of them will be used when I want to just take the camera and a couple of lenses.
