Comments about SanDisk SanDisk Cruzer Edge CZ51 16GB USB Flash Drive:

The SanDisk Cruzer Edge did not come with the advertised security feature. I needed to contact the technical help link at SanDisk, and they sent a download link containing the Secure Access Box software. I incorrectly loaded it onto the C-drive and the thumbdrive, causing a conflict that would not let me close the Secure Access Box on the thumbdrive. After a attempting to solve the issue and incorrectly removing the thumbdrive when still open (couldn't close it), I lost the Box and all content. Fortunately I found my error & all is well now. The Secure Access Box works nicely.

This is an example of poor quality control by SanDisk. They did not miss the opportunity to load links offering other products on the thumbdrive; but, failed to load what they were offering as a product feature. San Disk also sent instruction on Formating the thumbdrive, so I could clear out the junk I did not order.
