the shape is good, i like the no cap idea, attached it to my key chain. replaced a similar Kingston drive. Speed is better than many drives out there but not the best. write is ave 12 mb/sec read around 16 mb/ sec. the back up software is useless!!! dont even bother to use it. same for back up button. Also the encryption is software based, NOT hardware as stated by this website and as well as sandisk website. will not work without the stupid backup software and can only encrypt the data that is backed up by the software, u cannot select the data yourself for encryption. Does not lock the drive like ironkeys, so could not use to carry my patients data in it. So basically only good as a simple USB flash drive, nothing else. i got the sixteen GB one for less than twenty so not a bad deal.

With this drive, I no longer need to transfer photos to CDs or DVDs, and it is so easy to carry along for photo finishing, or showing photos on friends computers. I also use it to transfer photos from one computer to another. I'll never go back to discs!
