Bought this for my wife for Christmas. Although the slides and negatives are in focus, none of the slides or negatives processed through the scanner come out focused!!! Trying to call the tech help number but its always busy!!

Yes, I do calibrate every time.

I have many old photos of my family, and I have been adding them to my files as Jpegs so I can send them to my cousins. It means so much to me to be able to save these valuable items and save them for my children. I am so pleased with the ease of use and the quality of the scanned images. Would not change a thing!
