This is an amazing mat cutter. I used the Logan 525 (handheld) and couldn't cut a mat properly to save my life. I got this because it compliments my current business (yeah, smart right), hoping that a good mat cutter might be the solution. It was. An amazing mat cutter, one day practice would give you great, straight and perfectly angled corners. Amazing piece of equipment. My only regret was not spending a bit more in getting the Logan 850 Platinum Edge, mainly because I would prefer a metal base instead of a laminated one.
