Coby sucks and there customer service is worse. Buy any other product!! I bought this frame and box states it take xD memory card, It does NOT!! took 6 calls and 2 1/2 months to get a response!! They don't care!! I bought this on Black Friday to purposely us xD cards I had left over. Box clearly states takes xD. They said I could return it to store. I said could you ask store to redo all black friday sales for me so I can get a great deal on another product that does what it says. They said it is a simple misprint. This is a misprint that cost me to get up at 4:30 A.M. and in a quarter mile long line in 12 degree temps. They don't care. Well I don't care for Coby! Seriously buy ANY thin else!!
