I use this trimmer and also own a professional-level Premiere Rotary and a consumer level Fiskars Rotary. The Mastercut II is by far the best. It will cut heavy card stock, thick premium print paper or very thin origami sheets equally well. This is the first trimmer I've used that can trim a half millimeter from a sheet perfectly with no side thrust and no tearing.

I should have purchased this a long time ago. It is a pleasure to use and works better than expected. It seems to be very well constructed and should be very reliable.

Rototrim M-18 was purchased for a special event. I was skeptical about high price but unit was recommended by a friend. After using this product, I can not think of how I cut prints properly and square without it. This is a professional tool of a very high quality. I would prefer a metal base in order to set up multiple sizes and change size of paper faster. I would highly recommend this to any serious user.

After using a small, portable trimmer for a number of years, I was amazed at the ease and precision with which this Rotatrim makes cuts of any length up to its maximum, including ultra-thin tapering slivers of paper. I would never go back to the flimsy and cheap "economy" trimmers.
