I went over to digital 10 years ago but I remembered how much I missed having a good dial thermometer around for my aquariums. I have several tanks and need to monitor the temps carefully. A good dial thermometer can't be beat especially when mixing water temps out of the tap for adding to occupied aquaria. This is a fine example, if you are still running Tri-X it is a must.

I bought the thermometer to use while mixing chemicals and for developing trays. Very useful, the clip on the side gives you a place to hook it or keep it from falling into the bath. The readings match well with much more expensive devices. Nice unit for the money.
