Comments about Kentmere Kentmere Fast Fine Grain Black & White Negative Film ISO 400, 35mm Size, 36 Exposure:
Lower resolution than competing ISO 400 (suggested) films, but has nice tonal range, and beautiful non-clumpy grain that makes out-of-focus areas melt into a pleasing, diffuse atmosphere. Can give wicked contrast when overexposed in direct sunlight (this is not a criticism--it looks awesome), but well-separated tones indoors.
I'll be experimenting with this film a lot.
Kentmere cassettes tend to be a little rough to start at the beginning of the roll, but you can get up to 40 exposures for a 36 roll.

Comments about Kentmere Kentmere Fast Fine Grain Black & White Negative Film ISO 400, 35mm Size, 36 Exposure:
This is a good all around film. I have shot a few rolls and find it has good blacks. A little better than some other brands. The cost is reasonable also.
