Not as "contrasty" as I had hoped, but very adequate.

Most places won't process B&W film. This process C-41 film can be handled by most remaining labs. I get it developed and high-res scans. The results are very, very good. I've done a lot of winter/snow scenes with it and it works great.

Comments about Kodak Kodak Professional BW400CN, C-41 Process Black & White Negative Film ISO 400, 35mm Size, 36 Exposure, *USA*:
As much as I love silver based B&W film, it is getting more troublesome for me to use. This C-41 B&W film is a very good alternative. Rated at 400 speed, it is very good. Rated at 320 speed, it is excellent. And rated at 800, it is worth while.
I have tried most of the C-41 BW films and the Kodak serves me best. It has become my mainstay for 35mm B&W shooting.
