The Bogen-Manfrotto Super Clamp Wedge is a handy item allowing the super clamp to be used on a flat surface. The item remains securely in the clamp and will not fall out. Ordinarily the super clamp comes with one, but having a pack as spares is convenient. Just one slight negative; it's a 4 pack, not 5 as advertised (that's what I received anyway).
