Comments about Photoflex Photoflex Bi-Pin Lamp Adapter for Starlite QL Light Units.:

Ordered 2 on 2 different occasions, both arrived broken. One of the 2 replacements arrived broken. Got a replacement for that one. Used it for an afternoon in the studio, and now there's something rattling inside the screw base--can't be fixed. The bi-pin quartz lamps aren't held securely in the base--they loosen up and fall out once the lamp has cooled. This is a fragile gizmo that won't even hold up in the studio. Don't think about using it on location. A complete waste of money. But it looks kind of cool. I own 6 Photoflex Silverdomes, and they're OK. The Starlites aren't bad, either. But this is junk. Absolute, total junk.
