Average Opinion Overall. This kit is a very bare bones system. I found Assembling it to be quite difficult there was not enough Instructions on how to assemble the lights. The temperature gets extremely hot. One should use caution when handling. I found I needed Umbrella to use effectively. Once I got the Umbrellas as an add on I discovered they really do not go well with this kit. I basically think you should save up an buy a more complete kit. But if you are on a really tight budget this would be the way to go. The best think I can say is the carrying case included makes it some what tolerable.

I use this lighting system for black and white indoor photography, portraits and still life. Very easy to move individual lights around and supplement with reflective cards. I am very satisfied with the lighting and the finished products.
