I've owned the T5D-r's for a number of years and bought the Trio last year but there were times when I wished I'd had more flash power so I purchased the X5D-r and I'm very happy with it. 400ws is enough power to do just about anything most photographers require. I love how easy it is to remote control remote flashes with either the Trio or Pilot (I usually use the Pilot). It's a great flash because you can use it both in a studio enviornment or on location.
