I used this flash with my nikon and it lasted for 2 years until the connection part snapped at the bottom. It always set off on time and my strobes picked it up very well. It isn't as good as a sb-600 or above but it is good for a beginner.

The flash does not work with my canon 40D
all the photos get overexposed in all programs and only in full manual you can get some acceptable results the TTL seems to be a lie since in the camera menu the flash is not recognized as a TTL and you cant change parameters. Since I cant get a refund I use it as a slave / fill in flash

This item would not work with my Canon 30D as described... it work great with my Digital Rebel XT, and Digital Rebel... but what's the use if it doesn't work on my higher end camera. Sent it back immediately... was told that Digital Concepts often has this problem...
