Comments about Kodak Kodak P20 Zoom Flash for P850 and P880 EasyShare Digital Cameras, Guide number of 40m, ISO 100:

Kodak P20 is light weight and smaller size than other flash, use 2 AA batteries only. Usually this kind of flash use 4 AA batteries. Kodak P20 could match the Kodak new product digital camera Kodak Z980 and working satisfactorily. Although P20 use 2 AA batteries and the recycling rate is quick. Also I could put P20 in my pocket and take pictures all the way, due to its small size, so it's good for travelling. Good day.

I have had a P20 for two years and I dropped it and the base came loose pulling 5 wires loose ..Kodak refused to provide schematics to reattach them so I bought this one ..I have seem the same problem listed online in complaint forums ..I like the flash and the P880 but the fragility and lack of Kodak support was troubling.

Comments about Kodak Kodak P20 Zoom Flash for P850 and P880 EasyShare Digital Cameras, Guide number of 40m, ISO 100:

I use my Kodak camera for family photography (lots of children and pets). My internal flash all of a sudden went out on me and I purchased this external flash in a hurry. My son had his Kindergarten graduation and I was worried it would end horribly! It was great! The flash allowed me to take better pictures than ever. It is very difficult to take pics in large buildings such as auditoriums and gyms. I also have used it for many outdoor activities with no problems. This flash is the best!

This was the best birthday present. Flash unit from Adorama was new with all the packing materials and instructions.I use it with my P712.
I shut off all the lights and took pictures in the dark, they came out as if I took them during the day outside.
Very happy with this product.
I am having so much fun taking pictures indoors and at night.

This unit works as advertised on my P880. While this is not my primary camera, it is a great back-up at reasonable cost. Even has a histograph. Too bad they stopped making them.
Flash unit from Adorama was new with all packing materials and instructions. It is small and compact, adds no weight and is simple to use if you read the book. Recommend fresh batteries for each outing if heavy use intended. Yup, I like it.

I used this with my 850 mainly taking pictures of paintings in a poorly lit home, and the results were excellent! I also tried it taking bar scenes in Las Vegas casinos with excellent results. It is exactly what I expected and was looking for. I could have purchased a cheaper product, but I don't believe with the same results!

Comments about Kodak Kodak P20 Zoom Flash for P850 and P880 EasyShare Digital Cameras, Guide number of 40m, ISO 100:

THIS FLASH WORKS GREAT WITH THE P-850. MY ONLY PROBLEM WITH THE FLASH CAN BE RESOLVED WITH A DEFUSER. THE TTL CUTS THE FLASH OFF FOR DARK AND NIGHT PHOTOGRAPHY WITH REFLECTIVE MATERIAL ON FIREFIGHTER TURNOUT GEAR.
