Mounting of flash is pretty "iffy" & not too stable and don't even think about dropping it. If the wind does knock over your stand and umbrella say goodbye to this clmap.

The plastic cold shoe that comes with this is merely friction (possibly some glue?) attached and while i was putting on a hot shoe flash, it looked really wobbly and a nice bump made my flash fall 7 feet. Worst swivel head ever
