It's a good and very stable light-stand, but also very heavy and much bigger than I thought it would be.

i own two of these stands and i love it. never had a problem with it. ordering a third stand as soon as i finish writing this review. stacking option is great, saves space. air-cushion feature is key.

Have not used them yet, but they look great and I like the coupling feature. However, I ordered 2, and one of them was non-functional. The top stand section would not elevate. [...] I wound up disassembling the stand and managed to free up the sticking parts. Not used to having to repair brand new equipment. Quality control issues???

It's a good stand with a great concept for low-profile light stands that lock in together. It looks good and works well with great height.
My only concern is the tightening mechanism for the legs which doesn't give a clear indication on whether you've tightened well enough. This doesn't affect the risers, just the legs.
