I bought this adapter to support connection between 60CT 4 and 5 D MII, tried at the first beginning and didn't work .
Finally after some research , found out that I need to buy SCA 3000C to make it work.
Indeed, works great .... No TTL function though !

Works as described, also works with older flashes(40-MZ1,3) in auto mode to transfer ISO, aperture and focal length data.
