im new to studio lightings...ive always been an outdoor photographer, i still like using the natural light better...BUT of course, i have to learn studio photography and lighting for my profession. just bought this kit. the monolights are okay, they give me enough power and good color value, no problem...the only thing i do not like from this kit is the softboxes it comes with. they are so HARD to assemble...once you assembled them, you would not want to disassemble them again...ever! maybe other softboxes are different, maybe softboxes are really made that way...
