The quality of the lights is good, BUT, came with NO instructions! As a beginning photographer, I could've used set up and operational instructions. In fact, after receiving the light system, I had to call a fellow photographer to find out I needed a hot shoe to sync the lights to my camera. I was down, unable to use the lights, an additional 3 days until the hot shoe arrived. So far, everything I've done has been trial and error, which isn't all bad, but any kind of instruction material would still be appreciated!
