Comments about Smith-Victor Smith Victor FL280X, 4 Monolight Soft Flash Kit:
The Kit I received was missing the speed ring for the soft box and the thumb screw for the flash head. There were no instructions on how to assemble the soft boxes. When I called Smith Victor customer service and told them the problem they told me that I had to pay them to ship me the missing parts overnight. I paid over $800 for this kit and paid for three day shipping and now you want me to pay for overnight shipping for parts that should have been in the kit to begin with! Run Forest! Run. My advice is buy from a company that cares about its customers.

Great system for digital portraiture. The value is a excellent buy as compaired to similar equipment.
