Comments about Sunpak Sunpak 622 Super Pro Handle Mount Flash, Requires Flash Head Sold Separately.:

If you need power you can carry and that runs on batteries, this is it! They're a bit large, and heavier than on-camera flashes that run on AA batteries, but the power you get is second to none.

Comments about Sunpak Sunpak 622 Super Pro Handle Mount Flash, Requires Flash Head Sold Separately.:

Yes, it is certainly bigger and heavier than many portable flashes...but you get A LOT of extra power and fast recycle times that more than make up for the extra size and weight. But, don't be fooled, this thing is big.

AMAZING results. Could not be happier with the manual modes. No trying to figure out what this button does or that one. Dial in your ISO and your fstop and GO! Be sure to purchase the power pack (and the separate charger), as you will go through a lot of batteries if you do not. AND be sure to purchase a head. These things are all sold separatly...a pain right now, but great if you have to replace parts down the road.
