Comments about Savage Savage Port-a-Stand Background Support System Extends from 44" to 8'10".:
Very portable needs some TLC. Cross bar got stuck during shoot set up. I had to nearly break it to loosen. Great for occasional/part timers or for home use. I wouldn't want to count on it for my livelyhood. Good for the money however and plan to get another for a backup.

I love this because I can adjust height and its easy to use. I am disappointed that the posts that hold the crossbar broke so easily after using my seamless roll on it for the first time. [...]

I have purchased two of these stands and have recommended it to many others in the machine quilting industry and all have had good results. It is best for indoor use.
