This remote flash receiver from micro-sync is one of the best money can buy. Its lightweight, very durable construction. Come with velcro, and a lanyard for attaching to your strobes. Great features are that it has 4 channels, and an automatic on/off power management system.

My only complaint, and the reason it received 4 instead of 5 stars, is that the battery cover sometimes comes off when inserting the receiver into the socket on my White Lightning strobes.
Other than that it has worked flawlessly. Incredibly easy to use. Simply plug in to the strobe and hook the transmitter to the camera.
