I am quite happy with the quality and price, as it comes with the speedring that fits Bowens, Stellar, and other 'S' type heads. Quality of material and build is very good and I have produced images with great results. This last Christmas we did a private Santa shoot using the softbox set at 8 ft. from Santa and the kids with the camera directly underneath the softbox with perfect results.

We set the 39" Interfit softbox up in a spare room to take company employee photos and for shooting short video messages. The 39" soft box is just right for what we are doing and a second will make our videos even better. You have to have a bit of arm strength to assemble the frame. I don't know how it would be to constantly take down and set-up, I doubt if it was built for that application.

We choose this model because it can serve both as a softbox for flash and constant lighting applications. Also, for constant lighting situations, there are small flaps that can be opened on the top and underside to allow air to flow through the light box to help keep it from getting too hot from the lighting source. This will prolong the life of the product and is a great safety feature when using tungsten and incandescent light sources for constant lighting shoots.

If you are looking for a product that you can set-up and forget, put this on your list to consider.
